From apéritif to digestif, each course unfolds as a surprise, reimagining what coffee can be. Our menu is beverage‑focused. WHAT’S NEW Our menu is now beverage-focused — a curated exploration of flavors and cultures. We can now accommodate 8 seats per timeslot. HOSTING We host Coffee Omakase: Experience, every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. Our Open Bar is on pause and will resume on the 3rd Saturday of February. FOOD Enjoy Pizza Kaiju’s brunch menu, that you can order separately during the experience. BEVERAGES Featuring teas from ESTE and co-ferments & roasts from Modern Monk Coffee. We are also working on rotating our Tea and Coffee purveyors. CUSTOMIZATION Our menu is carefully curated to deliver the full journey. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted at booking. WAITLIST If you do not see the date and time you are looking for, we will release waitlist sign-ups in the future. We are slowly refining our process. LOCATION In residency at Pizza Kaiju.
