Next was a smoky rosemary milk brew, an intriguing blend of creamy milk and herbal, smoky notes that stood out for its complexity. The final cup was a Milo chocolate milk-inspired espresso martini, a playful and indulgent take on the classic cocktail that was both rich and smooth, offering a satisfying finish to the tasting. The barista was knowledgeable and passionate, making the entire experience engaging as they explained each coffee’s story and flavor profile. Welcome to san diego’s very own first coffee experience! I’ve been waiting for an experience like this since Coffee Mameya in Japan. There’s something about connecting with a craftsman and the people around you that is missed in today’s rushed to-go culture. JB, our master craftsman, was so entertaining and enlivening. He really took the time to get to know us, and our preferences, crafting drinks I’ve never tasted (or would think up myself!). JB has a way of making you feel at ease, whether it’s your first time or your twenty-first. The coffee tasting experience here is absolutely incredible. As an avid fanatic of coffee the drinks made was crafted well and a pleasant balance of flavors. I cant wait to go again!
